Samsung has been on a tear lately in terms of adding offerings in and around its IoT portfolio.  Just recently, it unveiled Tizen 4.0 which is a software platform dedicated to the Internet of Things.  They have also begun incorporating it into its Artik IoT platform as well. When Samsung puts all their chips (no pun intended) behind something, it is usually a pretty good indicator that they are all in.  And historically speaking, when they are all in, they have always done whatever it takes to try to become the leader in that space. Is history repeating itself?

Samsung Electronics is going all in on the internet of things (IoT). The company announced this week that it is commencing production on the Exynos i T200, a processor optimised for IoT, ZDNet reports.
